To be the most endorsed integrated urban development & infrastructure consultants.
To facilitate best living conditions by designing buildings and infrastructure that are proudly inherited by coming generations.
Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Pradeep Misra, the CMD of Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited (REPL), foresaw the impending burst of infrastructure development in India in 1992. He also visualized the increasing gap in supply of expertise and specialized organizations vis-à-vis growing demand for infrastructure development consultancy services. It was in this context that he founded REPL in 1992.
At the inception, REPL had an immediate objective of providing quality consultancy services in the areas of urban planning, building designs and civic services planning. However, he soon realized that the age of fragmented services would not last long and REPL needed to have holistic expertise set that would cater to integrated infrastructure development needs of its clients. Therefore, he established separate divisions in the areas of Engineering, PMC, Urban Development & Infrastructure Consulting. To serve REPL customers comprehensively, he started an IT and ITES company specifically for GIS.
Way ahead of his peers, he envisioned and launched an building design services based e-commerce business aiming to help every family get their dream house built on sound fundamentals of building design and structural engineering. Under his stewardship, REPL Group continues to serve clients from Government, Public & Private sectors within India and overseas.
Today, REPL Group is uniquely positioned to take up any project right from the ideation state and carry it through viability analysis, planning, execution to finally strategic marketing. As REPL Group completes its 25 Year of glorious operations, he has set higher goals for himself and REPL Group to explore new horizons, new associations and new challenges in coming decade.
His Philosophy of life constitutes:
“DAMYATA, DATTA, DAYANDHVAMBE”
BE SELF-CONTROLLED, BE CHARITABLE AND BE COMPASSIONATE.
