This project is conceived by Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board (U.P.H.D.B.) to build housing stock to accommodate growing population and to ensure a self-sustainable urban area.
Spread over 2600 acres (approx.) this project site is located on Delhi-Saharanpur Road in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh.
Project work includes Consultancy for Planning, Designing and Estimation etc. of Infrastructural Services i.e. Sewerage System, Water Supply System, Drainage System and Rain Water Harvesting System of the entire Township. The key challenge has been to design the Drainage System of project in such a way that most of the surface runoff generated is utilized for ground water replenishment.
